Group Decisions

During my AS year i decided to work in pair wih my friend abbie as we felt that we worke very well togethere and had similar views on the short opening of the film. However as Abbie left to attend university i have been put in a posision that i had to pick my own group. I decided to join a groups with Ashleigh Klincovics and Jade Archer as they both received good grades last year and i feel that as a group we will learn from each oher and build a very good music video.
As we are in a group of three i am going to find it difficult to compromise ideas and also the technique that are used by different people. Recievin an A grade in media for my AS year has inspired me this year to work very hard and that means encouraging Jade and Ashleigh to work just as hard to achieve a good grade in this subject. I hope to bring to the group enthusisam and hard work so i can help influence the work attitudes in the group.
